Lars Nittve recently stepped down as Executive Director at M+ in the West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong, having joined the museum in 2011. Previously, he was Director of the Moderna Museet, Stockholm (2001–10), the Founding Director of Tate Modern (1998–2001) and Director of the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Humlebaek, Denmark (1995–98). He has had a prolific career as a curator and lecturer, and is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Art.
